Due to Royal Mail strikes theres a backlog of parcels and the entire courier force is overwhelmed. For this reason the courier companies aren't able to guarantee on delivery times.

We are unable to resend orders if they are delayed, we are unable to process refunds and file claims prior to 10 days of orders being sent out. If receiving your parcel by a certain date is important, we urge you to use the express option.

Delivery is complimentary for orders over £25 and are sent via DPD express option.

We aim to get your products to you swiftly so that the enjoyment can begin. Processing time is between 1-3 days, delivery is 2-4 days at a cost of £3.95.

Please look out for your shipping notification email which will include a tracking number.
