Refunds
If you've changed your mind and no longer require your jam, we have a 30-day return policy. Please drop us an email, and we'll provide a returns code with instructions on how and where to send your package. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, with all labelling in tact, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and accepted, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too. 

Items sent back, without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged so that we correct this asap.
